* 1 lb. ground chuck beef (80% lean)
* 3/4 c. chopped yellow onion
* 1 (1.25 oz.each) pkg. chili seasoning mix
* 1 (16 oz.) can beans in chili seasoned sauce, undrained
* 1 (14.5 oz.) can HUNT'SŪ Diced Tomatoes, undrained
* 1 (10 oz.) can RO*TELŪ Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained
* 1 (8 oz.) can HUNT'SŪ Tomato Sauce
* 1 c. water
1. Cook beef and onion in large saucepan over medium-high heat 5 min. or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.
2. Stir in seasoning mix. Add HUNT'SŪ Diced Tomatoes, HUNT'SŪ Tomato Sauce, RO*TELŪ and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 min., stirring several times.
Cook's Tips: Chili may be topped with shredded cheese, sour cream or sliced green onions, if desired. Chili also may be made with ground turkey in place of the ground beef.
