Simple Spareribs

Garlic Potato Wedges

Prep Time: 5 Min.
Cook Time: 2 Hrs.
What you need:
* 2 slabs pork spareribs, about 6 lb. total
* 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
* kosher salt
* coarse black pepper
* bottle/jar favorite BBQ sauce
What to do:
1. Prepare fire in a covered grill.
2. Rub ribs with vegetable oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Place ribs, not overlapping, over indirect heat on grill. Close grill hood an cook ribs for 1-1/2 to 2 hrs., until ribs are very tender.
4. In final minutes of grilling, baste ribs with barbecue sauce, if desired.
5. Cut and serve the ribs with sauce on the side.
