Oven BBQ Baby Back Ribs

2 racks (about 4 lb.) baby back pork ribs, |
2 tsp. onion powder |
2 tsp. garlic powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. black pepper |
1 (12 oz.) beer |
1 c. water |
1-1/2 c. barbeque sauce, or to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, stir until well blended.
2. Rub onion powder mixture evenly on ribs. Place ribs on broiler rack and pan and place in oven. Pour beer and water in bottom of pan through spaces of broiler rack. Cover ribs with foil, seal tightly, cook 1-1/2 hrs.or until tender.
3. Heat broiler. Remove foil, brush barbecue sauce evenly over both sides of ribs and broil 4-in. away from heat source 2 to 3 min.or until bubbling and beginning to brown.
